Waiting on Wednesday: Jessie Belle

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted at Breaking the Spine, which spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating. My choice for this week is:

Jessie Belle by Jennifer Peel
The Women of Merryton, Book One
Contemporary Romance
Release Date: September 2015

Synopsis:
Jessica and Blake Summers know a thing or two about what it’s like to be the latest and greatest news on the vine. Their thirteen year marriage has had more than its fair share of heartache and loss. Then the past comes knocking, in the form of a teenage girl, a daughter Blake never knew existed. The news sets the Merryton grapevine on fire. In the wake of this revelation and firestorm, Blake and Jessica are forced to reevaluate their own relationship and priorities, all while learning that raising a teenage girl is not for the faint of heart. But in the midst of the chaos and uncertainty, they discover that Madeline may just be what the doctor ordered to heal their broken hearts and mend their own tattered relationship. Will they have the courage to look forward and find a greater love than they could ever imagine? Or will past hurts and the town grapevine tear them apart?

Library Loot

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by The Captive Reader and the Silly Little Mischief that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries.
I thought for this week I'd post about the books I won during the Summer Book Trek hosted by New LDS Fiction. I love this annual reading challenge where you spend the month of July reading books by LDS authors. By participating you can enter to win prizes, I ended up winning SIX books this time! Below are the fun books I read, can't wait to read them.

Playing for Keeps by Renee S Clark

Pocket Full of Posies by Julie Coulter Bellon

What is Lost by Lauren Skidmore

Bound in Blue by H Hamilton Senter

Lethal Engagement by Teyla Branton

Best of the Bunch: July

This is a fun meme hosted by Cocoon of Books, where you share the best books you read during the month. I read 23 novellas and books in July. Some were re-reads of past favorites, but I also found some fun new books to read as well. I had a hard time narrowing down what the best book was in July. I ended up choosing my favorite first-time full-length novel and my favorite novella.

Favorite Full-Length Novel

(Book three in Love & Weddings, Book twelve in the Fircrest Series)

Favorite Novella

(Part of the Summer in Snow Valley Anthology)
